Relief Waiter – Onboard Service

About the role

We are looking for a Relief Waiter to join the onboard Food & Beverage team of Aqua Expeditions. In this role you will deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests throughout the cruise, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and special service periods with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, local produce and culinary offerings to answer guest queries.
• Provide wine and food pairing recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Support other Food & Beverage functions, including bartending, when required.
• Promote and adhere to Aqua Expeditions’ environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and participate in revenue-generating activities.
