Relationship Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact for both individual and corporate clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives through tailored wealth solutions. This role requires a confident, client‑focused professional who can build trust and deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products and wealth solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products to deliver informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions for clients.
• Achieve individual and team business development targets.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth through leadership and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry (banking, wealth management, insurance, investment, trust, securities, or related fields).
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of various financial products, including investments, insurance, wealth management, lending, and trust solutions.
• Professional, confident, and well‑presented with strong business etiquette.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Leadership or team‑management experience is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field is preferred.

• Monday‑Friday schedule, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Annual leave: 18 days; sick leave: 5 days; special leave: 7 days.
