Supervisor, Internal Control Audit

About the role

The Supervisor, Internal Control Audit is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mean Chey. You will oversee internal audit activities across Chip Mong Group’s diverse businesses, ensuring effective internal controls, policy compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal control reviews and risk assessments.
• Test processes and transactions, documenting findings in clear reports.
• Lead and coach internal audit team members and coordinate training on control procedures.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Monitor follow‑up actions and provide analytical insights to management.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the internal control framework.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload management and performance coaching.
• Solid analytical abilities for risk assessment, process evaluation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Effective communication skills for reporting, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of finance, internal controls, financial statements and corporate governance.
• Training capability to develop staff and promote best audit practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (CIA, CPA) are a plus.
• Experience in internal audit, risk management or internal control within a corporate or financial institution.
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to work independently under time constraints.
