About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and tailored financial solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role focuses on growing deposits, treasury, cash management, and cross‑selling the bank’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

Develop and sustain client relationships, understanding needs and providing appropriate financial solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and support growth of deposits, treasury, cash management, mortgages, private banking and related services.
Report high‑risk customers and execute Enhanced Customer Due Diligence actions.
Contribute to product development, marketing, and business development strategies.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relationship management or business development experience in banking or sales.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and thorough knowledge of relevant policies.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and a wide network of business contacts.
