Radiologist – AI Training Contractor (Remote)

About the role

This is an hourly, remote contractor position where you will act as a Radiology Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will review AI‑generated radiology and medical‑imaging responses, create expert imaging content, and provide precise written feedback to improve AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers covering imaging appropriateness, protocols, differential diagnosis, and reporting concepts.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating and ranking AI responses to enhance clinical correctness, safety, clarity, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure model integrity by testing AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias, and by validating reliability across diverse patient populations and use cases.

Required profile

• MD/DO (or equivalent) with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency and board eligibility/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional radiology experience in academic, community, teleradiology, or subspecialty practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning, safety judgment, and attention to detail when fact‑checking and identifying unsafe assumptions.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) and ability to work independently in a remote, hourly contractor workflow.
