R2R Service Delivery Specialist – Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) Service Delivery for our platform. The role supports the finance and operations teams by handling cash, bank and rider‑related financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth month‑end close.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations and process payments.
• Manage rider finance and inventory operations, including stock movement and posting entries.
• Issue invoices to internal and external parties and upload IC invoices.
• Reconcile general‑ledger balance‑sheet items such as accruals, pre‑payments, taxes and supplier balances.
• Support month‑end closing activities and provide ad‑hoc financial assistance.
• Execute tasks assigned by managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of operational accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with cash/bank reconciliation and payment processing.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and rider/fleet financial operations.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• ERP systems – preferably SAP.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• SQL (plus).
