QC Manager – Apparel

About the role

Quince is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead QC operations for its apparel line. You will work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods meet the company’s high standards for quality, sustainability, and ethical production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in‑process/in‑line production, and finished goods.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners on in‑line quality control, first production qualification, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and address quality‑related issues such as customer complaints and non‑conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit reports on QC activities, including inspection results, audits, and non‑conformance reports.
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and other quality‑related records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, preferably within consumer or apparel manufacturing.
