Production Engineer

About the role

Chip Mong Industries is seeking a Production Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Voat Phnum. The role focuses on overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards while supporting large‑scale building‑materials projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to achieve target output.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that affect productivity.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise equipment downtime.
• Analyse production data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with quality, logistics, and planning teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and guide production staff on best practices and continuous‑improvement methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production engineering, process optimisation and industrial operations.
• Experience in cement, concrete or building‑materials production is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operating procedures.
