Purchasing Supervisor – Phnom Penh

About the role

The Purchasing Supervisor will lead the sourcing and procurement of goods, materials, and services needed to keep hotel operations running smoothly. You will ensure the best value by balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for a wide range of hotel needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve optimal cost and service levels.
• Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve any issues.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on spend, savings, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply management, finance, business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
