Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role at JS Tower in Phnom Penh, responsible for managing the restaurant’s profit and loss, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee departmental P&L expense lines and manage labour schedules in line with budget forecasts.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to become brand ambassadors and deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Partner with all departments to ensure consistent execution of systems, processes, and product standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by upholding brand standards and engaging with guests about food, drinks, and brand story.
• Support senior management in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, defining goals, and conducting performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong financial acumen with ability to understand and manage restaurant budgets and P&L.
• Proven experience running a department or cost centre and managing staff schedules.
• Ability to observe and enforce service standards objectively.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs for hourly teams.
