Property Consultant, Residential Services

About the role

The Property Consultant – Residential Services will support clients in buying, selling and renting residential properties in Phnom Penh. You will provide expert advice, conduct property viewings, and negotiate deals to achieve client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Maintain and update the market database and prepare property listings for the website.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, prospecting and responding to inbound enquiries.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers and owners.
• Arrange and accompany property inspections for prospective buyers or renters.
• Assist in negotiations between parties and handle customer service issues and complaints.
• Provide daily reports to the manager and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the Cambodian real‑estate market.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional Chinese, Japanese or Korean language abilities are a plus.
• Outgoing, self‑motivated attitude with good organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to undergo further training.
