Project Specialist

About the role

BRIGHT Education Co., Ltd. is an education and development platform offering academic enrichment, Olympiads, college and career counseling, youth engagement, wellbeing initiatives, professional development, HR training and education consultancy. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Specialist in Phnom Penh to coordinate and execute its education and development projects, including academic programs, youth initiatives and professional training.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, stakeholder communication and logistics so that timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Manage participant and partner inquiries.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Monitor project performance and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve program delivery and support the growth of BRIGHT Education's initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, customer service and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
• Fluency in English and Khmer preferred; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects at once.
• Sales or outreach skills to promote programs, build relationships and support recruitment and partner engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with project management or CRM software is an advantage.
