Project Sales Supervisor – Construction & MEP

About the role

The Project Sales Supervisor will drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for construction projects within a targeted vertical market, focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build, and develop new client opportunities in key industries while nurturing existing relationships.
• Deliver compelling calls and presentations to showcase Ggear’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Negotiate and communicate complex business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Research and evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry group participation.
• Oversee the entire sales process—from strategy development to final project close—including bid package management.
• Define, test, refine, and implement strategic plans to capture opportunities within the vertical market.
• Conduct primary research, market and competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.
• Provide client‑specific opportunity assessments, market evaluations, financial analyses, and support proposal preparation.
• Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders and represent Ggear’s mission, vision, and ethics in the marketplace.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of business development or account management experience in the construction industry, preferably with MEP projects.
• Established network of centers of influence (developers, owners, architects, engineers, etc.) that can be leveraged for new business.
• Proven ability to expand and grow business within a vertical market.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Professional proficiency in English.
