Project Sales Executive – Key Account

About the role

The Project Sales Executive – Key Account will promote and sell ISI products to developers, owners and contractors on construction projects. This customer‑focused position requires direct engagement with project stakeholders and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned ISI products to project developers, owners and contractors.
• Act as a technical consultant, liaising with owners, developers and contractors to address project needs.
• Meet agreed sales targets and plan daily/weekly sales activities, reporting progress to superiors.
• Provide project insights to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with finance/account teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel provincially.
• Passion for sales, good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Hard‑working, integrity, innovative communication and teamwork spirit.
• Completion of vocational construction training.
