Project Sales Executive – Key Account

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Sales Executive to promote and sell assigned ISI products to developers, owners, and contractors. You will act as a consultant on technical matters, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned ISI products to project stakeholders.
• Directly engage with developers, owners, and contractors to understand their needs.
• Liaise with project parties on technical issues and provide consultancy.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly sales activities and report progress to superiors.
• Provide project insights to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with finance/account teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel provincially.
• Passion for sales, good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Integrity, hard‑working attitude and teamwork spirit.
