About the role
Huawei is seeking a Project Finance Controller to lead financial performance evaluation, budgeting, and risk management for its business units.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly business performance evaluation and operational management reports for management reviews.
- Conduct periodical financial analysis, forecasting and develop action plans for operational improvement.
- Prepare annual budget, set financial targets, design metrics and evaluate performance.
- Recommend business models, highlight risks and establish operational mechanisms for end‑to‑end performance management.
- Partner with projects to improve project management quality and ensure normative execution of estimation, budgeting, accounting and performance analysis.
- Identify and manage risks to meet compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
