Project Coordinator – BASIN Program (Kratie, Cambodia)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the field implementation of World Vision’s BASIN program in Kratie province, Cambodia. The role focuses on strengthening agricultural value chains, supporting farmer groups and cooperatives, and promoting climate‑smart farming while ensuring compliance with donor and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BASIN activities across targeted districts and communes.
• Support farmer groups and Agricultural Cooperatives on cashew, vegetable and other value‑chain interventions.
• Facilitate training, coaching and demonstrations on climate‑smart agriculture, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), financial literacy, GEDSI tools and market linkages.
• Ensure activities follow technical guidance and project design documents.
• Monitor progress against work plans, adapt implementation as needed and report to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate regularly with the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, local authorities, private‑sector actors and civil‑society partners.
• Build relationships with input suppliers, buyers, processors and other market actors to support inclusive markets.
• Collect field data using World Vision monitoring systems, document success stories and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating agricultural development projects.
• Knowledge of climate‑smart farming, value‑chain development and GEDSI principles.
• Ability to work closely with government agencies, NGOs and private‑sector partners.
• Strong monitoring, documentation and reporting skills.
