Product Manager

About the role

Alleviare Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive product strategy and marketing initiatives across the Cambodian healthcare market. You will be responsible for launching new products, increasing market penetration, and ensuring promotional effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and marketing plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product performance assessments.
• Lead product launches and create promotional materials.
• Train the sales force and support field work with customers.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to achieve launch success and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical/Health Sciences or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambodian pharmacy, clinic, hospital, and healthcare market.
• Proven track record of product launches and marketing plan implementation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and management.
