Product Executive

About the role

The Product Executive will support the planning, execution and performance monitoring of assigned pharmaceutical and consumer products for FairDeal in Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams to drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product performance and track key metrics.
• Analyze sales and market data, produce regular reports and insights for management.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities and inventory management with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in developing product positioning and pricing strategies aligned with market needs.
• Engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve product‑related issues and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Demonstrated product management experience, including performance tracking and basic forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Organized with solid time‑management, able to handle multiple products and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, distribution or market expansion services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local Cambodian languages is beneficial.
• Comfortable with on‑site work, field visits, store checks and coordination with operational teams.
