Procurement Young Talent (Entry-Level)

About the role

This position offers a young talent the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in procurement within a diversified conglomerate. You will support the procurement team in daily activities while learning the fundamentals of supplier management and purchasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing purchase requests and processing purchase orders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clarify procurement needs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain and update the supplier database and procurement records.
• Support contract negotiation and vendor performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in cost analysis and budgeting exercises.
• Contribute to procurement system improvements and automation projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel occasionally for supplier visits.
