Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Supervisor to lead our purchasing activities. You will ensure timely, cost‑effective sourcing of quality products and materials that support our trading operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers on price and terms.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and related procurement documents.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, product quality, and costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments.
• Track market prices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare procurement reports for management.
• Supervise and support the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in a trading company.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
