Procurement & Logistics Operator

About the role

The company is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Operator to support market exploration, supplier management and the end‑to‑end purchasing process for goods and services in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets and sourcing goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis and prepare documents for management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases.
• Issue purchase orders, contracts and track work status.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs and transport agents.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in the power, energy or infrastructure sector is an asset.
• Strong teamwork ability in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Analytical and negotiation capabilities.
