Procurement & Logistics Operator

About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Operator will support the sourcing, purchasing and shipment processes for the company in Phnom Penh. You will act as a liaison between internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market research for new sources of goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery conditions and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotes, perform quote analysis and prepare documentation for management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to track order status and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders and service contracts.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, shipment management and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs authorities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in the power, energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong teamwork ability in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
