About the role
The Pre‑Sales Engineer will support the sales team by providing technical expertise on computers, servers, cybersecurity products and broader IT solutions. Working closely with customers, you will translate business needs into tailored technical proposals and ensure a smooth hand‑over to implementation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver product presentations, live demonstrations and technical consultations for prospective clients.
- Analyse customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution documentation and tender materials.
- Assist with project implementation and provide post‑sales technical support when required.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in pre‑sales or technical support for cybersecurity products.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise‑level customers is preferred.
- Working‑level proficiency in English.
