Pharmaceutical Sales Manager – Phnom Penh

About the role

Alleviare Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales across Phnom Penh and the wider region. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans targeting hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts, negotiate terms and ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as marketing, supply chain and regulatory to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing sales territories and teams.
• Strong background in OTC & ETC pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
• Experience working with Indian pharmaceutical networks, manufacturers or supply chains.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to relocate to Phnom Penh (relocation support provided).
