About the role

The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently while supporting cross‑functional teams. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular operational performance reports for senior management.

• Assist in budget management and align operational costs with objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
