Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will work on‑site in Phnom Penh, supporting and optimizing daily retail operations for fashion and lifestyle stores. This full‑time position coordinates store processes, monitors performance, and helps implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate store processes and monitor operational performance across multiple locations.
• Track key operational metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyse data to drive improvements.
• Support the rollout of new SOPs, operational strategies, and retail analytics initiatives.
• Liaise with store teams, management, and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with staffing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and service‑quality projects.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and training programmes.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle operations, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting retail data and monitoring KPIs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools.
• Familiarity with retail analytics concepts.
• Exposure to point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
