About the role

We are seeking an Online Sales Professional to represent our steel wire products on digital channels. The role involves handling customer inquiries, presenting product information, and converting leads into sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via social media and other online platforms.
Present product specifications, pricing, and availability to prospective buyers.
Close sales to meet daily and weekly targets.
Maintain accurate records of orders and follow up on delivery status.
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Track daily sales activities and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

High level of responsibility and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels.
Previous experience in online sales or the steel/construction material sector is a plus.
