NOC Engineer – AAE-1 Network Operations Center

About the role

The AAE-1 NOC Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sihanoukville, responsible for monitoring, maintaining and supporting the AAE‑1 network infrastructure and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and alerts in the Network Operations Center.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate timely resolutions and provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate engineering or vendor teams.
• Document incidents, changes and configurations accurately.
• Assist in routine maintenance activities and support network security practices.
• Contribute to operational procedures and service‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, operations and vendor teams to ensure stable and secure network services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network operations or NOC environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize incidents and meet service‑level targets.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Sihanoukville.
