National Director – Cambodia

About the role

The National Director provides strategic and executive leadership for World Vision’s ministry in Cambodia, overseeing the National Office and ensuring sustained improvements in child well‑being across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a national strategy aligned with World Vision’s Global Strategy (Our Promise Phase 3).
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, bold targets and execution plans, simplifying structures and decision‑making to increase agility.
• Align programmes, operations and support functions around shared child‑well‑being outcomes and embed accountability and performance management.
• Drive data‑informed course‑correction, adaptive learning and evidence‑based programming.
• Represent World Vision Cambodia with government, donors, churches, partners and communities, modelling Christ‑centered servant leadership.
• Ensure strong governance, safeguarding and compliance while mobilising resources and partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the humanitarian or non‑profit sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute large‑scale strategies that deliver measurable child‑impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with governments, donors and faith‑based partners.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian values and servant‑leadership approach.
• Experience in leading change, fostering agility and promoting evidence‑based decision‑making.
