Mobile Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Technical Lead to head our Android and iOS development team. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of our banking mobile applications, driving architecture, performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Android & iOS Mobile Development Team, providing architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring and technical direction.
• Own PPCBank mobile applications using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS), including native and hybrid components.
• Design and manage native/hybrid apps, WebView integration, JavaScript bridges, native plugins and API connections.
• Improve app performance, startup time, memory usage, networking, crash stability and ANRs.
• Handle dynamic content downloads, caching, updates, integrity checks, rollback and recovery.
• Manage Android/iOS builds, signing, certificates, CI/CD pipelines and releases to App Store/Google Play.
• Lead production troubleshooting, crash analysis, root‑cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Establish mobile architecture, coding, security, testing, release and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, security, infrastructure, business units and external vendors.
• Support automated testing (Appium) and evaluate technical vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mobile development experience with hands‑on Kotlin/Android and Swift/iOS.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, lifecycle, networking, storage, asynchronous processing and security.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, code review and production incident management.
• Experience with Google Play and Apple App Store releases; banking/fintech/payment background preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
