Meta Ads Specialist & Social Media Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist and Social Media & Content Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts and creative presence. This full‑time, on‑site role is based at our flagship store and headquarters in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The ideal candidate blends data‑driven media buying with hands‑on social media content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Facebook and Instagram purchase and conversion campaigns.
• Own and scale monthly ad spend from $30,000 to $100,000+ while meeting ROAS targets.
• Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) setups, ensuring accurate event tracking.
• Implement retargeting strategies across website visitors, video viewers, and customer lists with proper audience exclusions.
• Provide daily monitoring and weekly performance reports covering spend, revenue, and blended ROAS.
• Plan, create, and oversee content for Reels, UGC, static product shots, and promotional offers.
• Run structured creative testing to continuously improve campaign results.
• Coordinate with photographers and visual creators to produce high‑quality assets.
• Manage organic social activity and foster community engagement across channels.

Required profile

• Direct experience managing Meta ad budgets of $30,000–$100,000+ per month.
• Background in high‑average‑order‑value e‑commerce sectors such as jewelry, watches, or luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to work with Conversions API (CAPI) and attribution setups.
• Demonstrated dual capability in media buying and creative social media execution.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
