Medical Sales Representative (Pharma)

About the role

Pushpa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Representative to join its Phnom Penh team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales visits to hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Present product information, clinical benefits and safety data to healthcare providers.
• Arrange product demonstrations and respond to inquiries to support prescribing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders.
• Track sales activities, prepare regular reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product training, market feedback and participation in medical events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to promote and sell pharmaceutical products ethically and effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand product indications and usage.
• Strong territory planning, time‑management and target‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in relevant local languages and good command of English.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales is strongly preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and commitment to responsible business practices.
