Medical Sales Representative

About the role

DKT Mekong is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Representative to join its Phnom Penh team. You will be responsible for promoting the organisation’s sexual and reproductive health products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics and hospitals across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily sales visits to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
• Present product information, usage guidelines and safety data, ensuring accurate medical advice.
• Maintain product availability by managing orders and inventory in the field.
• Build and nurture professional relationships, respond to inquiries and provide post‑sale support.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and regional teams on promotional activities and training sessions.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, public health or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales within Cambodia or the Mekong region is preferred.
• Strong organisational, reporting and time‑management abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently.
• Proficiency in local languages; working English is an advantage.
