Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell its pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics and doctors across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating demand, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned products to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Implement field‑force activities that create demand and increase product visibility.
• Study product and disease information to communicate accurate messages to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly call plans on the electronic platform for manager review.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the territory.
• Maintain accurate product forecasts and report to line manager.
• Attend product and disease‑knowledge training and pass required assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, code of practice and local regulations while in the field.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with strong performance.
• Medical or pharmacy‑related bachelor’s degree; graduates in pharmacy or medicine are preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors and pharmacies in Cambodia.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and competitors is an advantage.
