Medical Representative

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell its pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics and doctors across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating demand, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assigned products to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Implement field‑force activities that create demand and increase product visibility.
• Study product and disease information to deliver accurate, compelling messages to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly call plans on the company platform.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate product forecasts and submit them to the line manager.
• Attend product and disease‑knowledge training and pass required assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, code of practice and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, sales, marketing or a related field (pharmacy or medical graduates preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hospitals, clinics and doctors in Cambodia.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and competitors.
