About the role

We are seeking a proactive Media Manager to develop and execute media strategies for our international clients. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on media buying and performance analysis within a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead media planning, execution and reporting for key international accounts.
• Conduct research to understand brand positioning, identify threats and leverage opportunities in user‑generated content.
• Collaborate with the digital team to integrate offline and online media for 360‑degree campaigns.
• Use data insights to optimise media strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, enhancing their media planning and communication skills.
• Own media buying activities and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
• Identify business growth opportunities through media innovation and best practices.
• Monitor media trends, competitor activity and industry developments to provide cutting‑edge solutions.
• Prepare monthly updates, work‑in‑progress reports and client proposals.
• Ensure compliance with global and local client mandates while tailoring media solutions for the market.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in media planning and campaign management for international brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable media recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and introduce new tools to improve performance.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of media trends and best practices.
