Marketing Executive

About the role

Botanico Brewing Co. and its sister venue, Botanico Craft Beer Garden, are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to own the digital presence of both brands. This hands‑on, digital‑first role reports directly to the owner and gives you real decision‑making authority from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) – create content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
• Produce original content including photography, videography, copywriting, and graphics for both venues.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns and boosted posts across platforms.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and events.
• Support event organisation, attend events and capture visual assets on‑site.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate influencer (KOL) partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain brand consistency, ensuring voice and visual identity are aligned across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent Khmer speaker with good written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and make decisions without close supervision.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content‑creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe apps.
• Experience managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
