Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Danone Specialized Nutrition Business Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Managers in Phnom Penh. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop administrative and data‑management skills within a global FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director with admin tasks such as advances, payments/claims, logistics support, and report consolidation.
• Manage data, bookkeeping, and documentation filing for the marketing department.
• Check payment documents for accuracy before approval and coordinate monthly scorecards with cross‑functional teams.
• Support Digital Marketing Managers with media, KOL, PR, PO, GR, budget tracking, and licensing applications.
• Consolidate and analyze Nano‑Seeding and KOL performance on a monthly basis.
• Maintain website content for all brands and review KOL content on Facebook and TikTok.
• Assist in cross‑functional projects, internal/external payment checks, and regional admin tasks.
• Organise internal events, meetings, and ensure proper filing and data management.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Management, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in administration or marketing.
• Highly independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in an FMCG environment is a plus.
• Ability to complete marketing admin tasks (PR, PO, GR, A&P spending) on time.
• Capability to propose logical marketing suggestions and work cross‑functionally.
