Marketing & Communications Intern

About the role

KPMG is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to support its growth initiatives in the Phnom Penh office. The role offers hands‑on experience in both marketing strategy and internal communications within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining marketing goals and activities in collaboration with senior staff.
• Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including email newsletters and event materials.
• Help coordinate marketing and internal events, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
• Prepare paperwork and documentation related to marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year undergraduate in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork and supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
