Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Cambodian Premier League is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support sponsor activations, matchday marketing, events and promotional campaigns, helping to grow the league’s brand and fan engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support sponsor communication, deliver benefits, tickets and materials, and prepare sponsor reports.
• Assist with matchday preparation, sponsor branding setup, VIP arrangements and activations.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports, maintain contracts, documents and records.
• Help create social media content, sponsor‑related posts and fan engagement activities.
• Coordinate with clubs, stadiums, suppliers and internal teams, handling documentation and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sponsorship, event management or sports industry is preferred.
• Strong interest in football and sports marketing, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during matchdays and major events.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Familiarity with design tools (advantageous).
