Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support OBOR’s marketing activities, helping to develop and implement campaigns that showcase the firm’s investment and advisory work across Southeast Asia. This full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh works closely with investment and advisory teams to create client‑facing materials and maintain digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on SMEs and impact‑investing trends.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Maintain and update content for digital channels and client communications.
• Coordinate with investment and advisory teams to prepare client‑facing documents.
• Support events, outreach initiatives, and track marketing performance metrics.
• Respond to inquiries and help manage partner and client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Market‑research experience, preferably in financial services or impact investing.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and support relationships.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools such as MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Interest in impact investing, climate impact, or inclusive finance.
