About the role
Bel Ga Cambodia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to support the chicken breeding farm by ensuring the reliability of electrical and mechanical systems and contributing to overall farm management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical or mechanical systems at the farm.
- Prepare reports and periodic monitoring plans.
- Select and classify chickens to improve flock quality and uniformity.
- Perform other general management tasks for the farm.
Required profile
- Graduated from vocational school or higher in electrical engineering or industrial electrical engineering.
- Basic computer skills and basic English.
- Good health, proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, and stay on the farm for long periods.
Required skills
- Electrical systems maintenance.

- Basic computer proficiency.
