Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will coordinate import and export shipments, work closely with forwarders, internal departments and customs, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. The role balances cost optimisation with timely delivery, supporting ACFC Cambodia’s retail and F&B activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with forwarders, internal teams and customs to manage shipments from origin to warehouse and stores.
• Monitor inventory levels at 3PL hubs, book freight to achieve best cost and delivery time while minimising storage fees.
• Prepare and verify all customs clearance paperwork for imports and exports.
• Update warehouse systems with accurate transaction data, issue and store receiving/delivery documents.
• Check logistics pricing against approved quotes and provide cost data to Finance.
• Generate daily shipment updates, monthly logistics cost reports and shipping reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system and ensure timely data sharing with other departments.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating import and export logistics, including customs documentation.
• Ability to work with forwarders, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry, reporting and document management.
