Logistic Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Officer to manage daily shipment tracking, documentation and coordination between our warehouse, clearance agencies and suppliers. The role ensures smooth flow of goods from dispatch to receipt, supporting our automotive parts business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily tracking reports for the warehouse.
• Generate invoices, packing lists and other documents for clearance agencies.
• Track shipments from dispatch until they arrive at the warehouse and verify bills of lading.
• Coordinate with clearance agencies to ensure timely customs clearance.
• Arrange monthly stock order plans, approve purchase orders, pro‑forma invoices and freight rates.
• Submit master lists and cut‑stock to CDC and DGCE before expiry dates.
• Monitor shipment status and liaise with the warehouse for container trucking.
• Prepare delivery orders/EIRs, handle container deposits and oversee unloading inspections.
• Send received stock reports to shippers and follow task assignments from management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong written and spoken English and Khmer.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
