Lead, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Khmer Beverages is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across its fast‑growing beverage and manufacturing operations in Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Khmer Beverages as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for a variety of roles.
• Optimize recruitment tools, processes, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Provide talent market insights and ensure compliance with company policies and Cambodian labor regulations.
• Align hiring practices with the company’s values and culture.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or large‑scale manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and HR colleagues on staffing forecasts and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fairness and consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Modern sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networking platforms.
