KH Gateway Operations Agent

About the role

The KH Gateway Operations Agent provides essential administrative and operational support within a service centre environment. You will manage the flow of inbound and outbound material, ensure compliance with security policies, and keep the work area ready for continuous processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound material on arrival, making it available to couriers and securing any items not ready for delivery.
• Handle outbound material following the latest procedures and documentation standards.
• Capture and transmit shipment, piece, or handling‑unit information to the network according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and tidy process area, preparing it for the next cycle.
• Monitor equipment performance, take corrective actions on failures, and proactively address equipment that falls below operating standards.
• Rotate through related operational roles to broaden knowledge and support the team as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, associate or bachelor degree, or equivalent.
• Good spoken, written and reading English.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Result‑oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
