Junior Recruiter (On-site)

About the role

Borribo Cleaning Services is seeking a full‑time Junior Recruiter to join our team in Cambodia. You will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company hiring policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates across residential and commercial service sectors.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Create and post job descriptions on multiple job boards and professional platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment reports, and ATS data.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and relevant recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Proficiency in drafting job descriptions and posting on various job boards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with candidates and hiring managers.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience, especially in service‑oriented industries, is a plus.
