Investment Banking Officer

About the role

The Investment Banking Officer will support the execution of corporate finance and capital market transactions, including equity and debt fundraising, while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, bond issuances, and private placements.
• Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and business valuation.
• Prepare pitch decks, investment proposals, and marketing materials for clients.
• Assist in due‑diligence processes, including data collection, verification, and coordination with clients and advisors.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transaction structuring and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with internal teams (research, compliance, legal) and external parties (clients, regulators, auditors).
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and capital‑market activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to support deal execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic performance or candidates with 1‑3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies and capital markets.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA Level I is a plus.
