Internal Audit Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Officer to join our finance team. The role involves understanding business processes, collecting data, and preparing audit documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Document business process flows based on auditee understanding.
• Perform audit tests to verify compliance with policies, operational standards, and best practices.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting evidence for review.
• Discuss findings with the Senior Internal Auditor and assist in implementation status reviews.
• Draft comprehensive audit recommendations after testing and agreement with auditees.
• Conduct spot checks and observe asset counts.
• Adhere to company policies, rules, and work ethics.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in internal audit (advantageous).
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Computer literacy.
